That’s how they get you from voter register database. That’s how they wasted half a day. I think I got $9.00 for that. They said vecause they got me once that now every three years they would ask me for service? I shall move before that date occurs.

@xA1eXo Yes, Americans don’t care. After being stationed in Japan for several years, I’ve also found that the majority of Japanese have an indifferent attitude toward politics as well. The only people that care are the people who are affected or want to look like they’re trying to stand for something in front of others.
