i also cannot get the puri to be crunchy, it tasted like regular puri. also can we roll entire dough and then use cookie cutter or glass to cut circles to get better circle shape?

Without watching the only suggestion I have use lower heat.
hi Manjula aunty,can u tell me why my poori become soft later 2-3 minutes after remove from oil ? I made it same as u shown. when it was in oil, was crunchy.
it is sooji (semolina)u also can say cream of wheat to it…………….

may be oil was not hot enough
while frying the puris, oil got automatically filled into them, i dont know how…but could you tell me how to solve this problem?
