You need to firstly find something that you like doing, such as drawing. Then market that. There are many people who order and pay for products before they are made. Such as a comissioned drawing or painting, catering services, a baker. You need to get them to pay first, then you will have the money to actually provide the service.

You can try to buy some resell rights products or private label rights products. With $200, you should be able to get some.
Do not buy those that sell in bulk unless you know how to market them.
You can set aside some money to open a store in ebay to see your purchased products.
Frankly, hosting your own pages doesn’t mean that you will earn money. You need to know how to attract traffic to your site. After that, you need to know how to get those people to buy from your site. The whole process sound simple, but it is not that straight forward.
