Fantastic! Tried your recipe about 3 months ago, my wife and daughter love this bread so much we have not bought any loaves since. I also have added to this recioe; 2 Tbsp of olive oil and 2/3 cups bran (with an extra 1/4 cup water).

I made this bread and it turned out great. Love the texture. I have been looking for something like this for sandwiches. Can I devide the dough and shape them in sandwich size portions, let them proof as you did then bake them?
