Are you marking the beginning of each row so you know where the end of the last row is??
awesome, thanks!
So…if I sat down on my couch tonight, how many hours would it take me to make this (including time for me screwing up & having to start over a few times on rows & such)???
Does anyone have an approximate row count or measurement in inches of how big the hat should be before doing the last row?
maybe you have been making the stitches 2 tight? :/
I’m currently working on my hat… and I feel like it is very wide (I’m at the part where the two single crotchets on the 13th stitch. I’m nervous! I’ll keep you posted!
i’m making it and it’s not flat
it’s more cone-y shaped. how do you make it flat?/
i made it but i used a dfrnt type of needle and a dfrnt type of yarn because those are what was lying around my house so it came out to small.=/
What happened to the hole in the middle of the hat? lol i feel clue-less =D
you are funny good job thank you too i dont think this is easy but i will try
I did, so if you are having problems with it not staying flat you either are making the stiches too tight OR you MOST LIKELY forgot or missed the step where you do two single stiches all around after you do a single stich after you do two single in stitch 4…here let me explain different. when you get to the step where you do two single in stitch 4 then you do a single stitch all the way around and then you do two sing stitches all the way around and then you go on to two stitches in step 5
when she says 10.5 hook size, does she mean size N?
HellolmQuin : just a suggestion: pause and start the video when you need to.
She means two stitches on the row you’re working on, and hook them into the stitch from the previous row.
what does two singles in one stitch mean?? @_____@
@InkRoze
Oh, it’s organic cotton yarn. She didn’t say the brand name, i’m sorry.
BUT on the yarn she holds up, part of the name says choice! That should help.
I hope!
@lindseyrahier
It probably doesn’t matter the size if you dont mind adding or decreasing rows.
But if you just get the brand name of the yarn which she says in the video, you’ll be able to find it easily at the store. It should be the same size. ^_^
What size yarn are you using?
TO FAST
Lol, oops! I like bitsy better. Can I just believe she said that instead? haha!
mine ended up looking like a beanie
Can you tell me if she CH1 after each row? And if so, do I have to crochet into the chain I made each round?
